Four Snead State Community College business students represented both their institution and the state of Alabama at the 2026 FBLA-Collegiate National Leadership Conference held June 5–9 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Jacob Hubbard of Albertville, Gavin Jones of Albertville, Britany Ayala of Crossville, and Kate Jackson of Guntersville competed alongside students from across the country in a range of business-related events, including marketing, cybersecurity, finance, management, digital design, business presentation and retail management.
In addition to competition, the students participated in professional development workshops and networking opportunities designed to enhance their skills and connect them with peers and industry professionals.
FBLA-Collegiate, the college-level division of Future Business Leaders of America, is the world’s largest business career and technical student organization. The program aims to prepare undergraduate and graduate students for careers in business, management and entrepreneurship through real-world professional experiences and competitive events.
The annual National Leadership Conference brings together top collegiate members nationwide to compete, attend educational sessions and develop leadership skills critical to success in the modern business environment.
