The Snead State Community College Fine Arts Department announces the rehearsal schedule for the Community Wind Band for this fall.
After taking time off due to COVID-19, the Community Wind Band has started its new schedule of rehearsals, but there’s still time to be a part of it.
The Community Wind Band is a concert band comprised of Snead State students, adults within the Snead State area, and area high school students who have demonstrated excellence in All-State tryouts. College credit is available for students who would like to participate with the Community Wind Band as a credit course.
The Fall 2021 rehearsal and performance schedule is as follows:
- Sept. 27, Rehearsal, 6:30-8 p.m., Room 107 Maze Music Building
- Oct. 11, Rehearsal, 6:30-8 p.m., Room 107 Maze Music Building
- Oct. 25, Rehearsal, 6:30-8 p.m., Room 107 Maze Music Building
- Nov. 8, Rehearsal, 6:30-8 p.m., Bevill Center Auditorium
- Nov. 14, Concert, 3 p.m., Bevill Center Auditorium
