Snead State Community College will host a fall concert performance featuring the Community Wind Band.

The concert will be held on Sunday, Dec. 8, at 3 p.m. in the Bevill Center Auditorium on the Boaz campus. The community is invited to attend this free concert.

The performance will be the first one led by new Community Wind Band Director Keith Phillips. Selections will feature British and American wind band classics by composers Ralph Vaughan Williams, Percy Grainger, Robert Russell Bennett, and John Philip Sousa.

The Community Wind Band is a concert band comprised of Snead State students, adults within the Snead State area, and area high school students who have demonstrated excellence in All-State tryouts.
