Meet our Recruiters

Whether you are planning to enroll in college for the first time, transferring to Snead State from another institution, coming back to school after some time off, or are already a Snead State student, we are here to help you through the exciting, yet sometimes overwhelming process.

We are located in the McCain Student Center in the Admissions Office. We look forward to partnering with you on your educational journey.

Kaiti Bolton

Hi there! My name is Kaiti Bolton, and I am a recruiter here at Snead State Community College. I am from Southside, Ala., and am a graduate of Etowah High School, Class of 2011. I obtained an Associate of Science in Business from Snead State as an online, full-time working student. I graduated from Faulkner University with my Bachelor of Science in Business and more recently a Master of Business Administration.

As a recruiter, it is my job to make sure the college admissions process is easy, fun, and smooth for you! My goal is to make sure you are well informed of the college including what is offered, campus tours, and much more! I believe every student can achieve what they set their minds to no matter where you are in life. Snead State can be a great way to start as we offer several class options from technical to academic.

Your goals in life are important, and I would love to help you meet them with a college education! If I can assist you in anyway, please do not hesitate to contact me at kbolton@snead.edu or 256-840-4214.

William “Shaw” Cornelius

Hello, everyone! My name is William Cornelius, but everyone refers to me as Shaw. I was born in Atlanta, GA, but spent all of my formative years in Oneonta, AL. Graduating in 2012, I then moved to Montgomery, AL, where I attended Auburn University at Montgomery and ran cross country as a student athlete. Due to class issues with my major, I attended Snead State Community College as a transient student. By doing this, I was able to graduate within four years with my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on marketing and minoring in psychology. Those transient classes also helped boost my GPA, which is always a plus!

Being a recruiter, my job is to help guide you through your postsecondary goals. Regardless of where you find yourself on this journey, I am supremely confident that either myself or our Office of Student Services will be able to put you on the right path. Snead State has the tools and programs to make sure you are successful. All it takes is the first step!

If you have any questions, concerns, or just need some assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. I can be reached at william.cornelius@snead.edu or at (256) 840-4127.
