Career Skills Training

Are you interested in a new career? Career skills training programs provide career training opportunities in a short length of time–from 15 weeks to 11 months. Click here to view the 2022 Workforce Development calendar.

Our career skills training options include:

Financial assistance is available for those who qualify through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and Veteran’s Educational Benefits for a select number of programs.

Snead State Community College, in partnership with ed2go, offers online open enrollment programs designed to provide the skills necessary to be hired and succeed in many in-demand occupations.

Snead State Community College has also partnered with Career Step to help students train for a rewarding new career.

DROP/REFUND POLICY FOR CAREER STEP: If a student wishes to drop within the first fourteen days of the enrolled program, a full refund will be given. No refunds are given after fourteen days. Students must request the drop/refund through Career Step.
