Fall 2022

The Snead State Community College Theatre Department presents Failure: A Love Story by Philip Dawkins, directed by Kyle Dean Steffen.

Failure: A Love Story follows the story of Nelly, Jenny June and Gerty Fail as they live out their lives above the family clock repair shop near the Chicago River. At the end of 1928, all three sisters unexpectedly die, but their story is an example of how the power of love is far greater than any individual’s successes or failures.

Featuring tuneful songs and a whimsical chorus, Failure: A Love Story is a magical, musical fable with a powerful message.

Performances will be Friday, October 28, at 7 p.m., Saturday, October 29, at 7 p.m., and Sunday, October 30, at 2 p.m. All performances will be held in the Bevill Center Auditorium. Tickets may be purchased at the door.
