Office Administration

The Office Administration program prepares graduates for careers in general business office settings. Skills taught in the program include Microsoft Office Suite, medical coding and billing, general business, legal, and/or medical office skills. Students may earn a certificate or an Associate degree in this program. 

Career options for people with an Office Administration credential include bill and account collectors, customer service representatives, desktop publishers, financial clerks, general office clerks, information clerks, material recording clerks, receptionists, secretaries and administrative assistants, and tellers.
