President’s Executive Cabinet
The President’s Executive Cabinet is the administrative team of Snead State Community College. The President’s Cabinet consists of the President, Vice President for Student Services, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Director of Marketing/Public Relations/Alumni, and Executive Project Director of Workforce Enhancement.
The President’s Executive Cabinet is charged with setting College policies, approving formal proposals and grant applications, representing the College with state and national agencies, and overseeing the different aspects of the College. The Executive Cabinet meets bi-monthly.

College Strategic Leadership Council
The College Strategic Leadership Council is the leadership team of Snead State Community College. Members of the College Strategic Leadership Council include members of the President’s Executive Cabinet, the Chief Information Technology Officer, the Director of Workforce Development, the Athletic Director, the Director of Institutional Effectiveness/Instritutional Research, Director of Finance, Director of Financial Aid, Director of Admissions/Records/Recruiting, two faculty representatives, the Associate Dean for Online Learning, a student representative, the Human Resources Director, the Director of Facilities, and the Regional Chief Financial Officer.
The College Strategic Leadership Council discusses items of importance for the College that affect the college as a whole. The Leadership Council meets monthly.
