Founders Day Pageant

Fielder Auditorium
Story Administration Building, 220 North Walnut Street, Boaz
The pageant will have two divisions – High School Juniors and Seniors and Snead State Students – and prices will be awarded to the winners and first runners-up in each division. To register, complete the Contestant Registration Packet and submit it along with the $25 registration fee to the Business Office, located on the top level of the McCain Student Center on Elder Street, Boaz. The deadline to register has been extended to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, September 14.
Pageant Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to the winner and first runner-up in each of the two division. The High School division is open to Juniors and Seniors in high school. The Snead State division is for students enrolled at Snead State (not including dual enrollment students who would need to compete in the High School division).
Prizes include:
High School Division
- The winner will receive a two-year tuition/fees scholarship to attend Snead State Community College after graduating high school.
- The first runner-up will receive a one-year tuition-only scholarship to attend Snead State Community College after graduating high school.
Snead State Division
- The winner will receive a one-year tuition/fees scholarship to Snead State Community College and a $1,500 credit at the Snead State Bookstore to be used for books and supplies (which could include a laptop).
- The first runner-up will receive a one-year tuition-only scholarship to Snead State Community College and a $500 credit at the Snead State Bookstore to be used for books and supplies.
