The Snead State Alumni Association, active since 1920, includes former students and graduates of Snead State as well as friends and supporters of the College.
- If you attended Snead for just one class or one semester, you are welcome to join the Alumni Association.
- “Alumni-By-Choice” members did not attend Snead but support the college through their membership in the Alumni Association.
- Local businesses support the Alumni Association by offering discounts on products and services to show appreciation to our members.
- Each year, the Alumni Association provides a scholarship that is awarded to an SSCC student.
- The Alumni Association presents an annual Alumni of the Year award to a former student who has contributed to the College, the community, or the country.
- To help keep its members informed, the Alumni Association regularly produces a newsletter that is sent to its active membership.
- Events supported by the Alumni Association include Alumni Homecoming and Alumni Chili Luncheon.
