Snead State Community College will be hosting a free basketball Halloween HOOPla on Tuesday, Oct. 21, starting at 6 p.m. Prior to the HOOPla, several campus organizations and departments are sponsoring a trunk or treat in the parking lot beside the gym.

Snead State Community College will host the third annual Jennifer Garmany Hallmark 5K Memorial Scholarship Run on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014. The race begins at 8 a.m. at the Plunkett-Wallace Gymnasium.

Student-Athletes Awarded for Academic Efforts

NJCAA Headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colo., recently released the names of the 2013-2014 NJCAA Academic Student-Athletes Awards. Eight students at Snead State were named to the list that honors their individual academic honors.
