Presidential Scholars Program
“Being named a Presidential Scholar is the most prestigious scholarship at Snead State. I am personally here to encourage your success. This is an entryway to your College experience, and your future is unlimited because of it.” --- Snead State Community College President Dr. Robert Exley.
To receive the Presidential Honors Scholarship, applicants must have achieved a minimum 25 ACT score and a 3.75 grade point average. Each scholarship award equals full tuition and fees for up to 82 credit hours.
Presidential Scholars participate in a two-day leadership retreat to Berry College in Georgia during the summer and travel to Washington D.C. in the Spring.
The Presidential Scholars work closely with Snead State's Director of Student Support Services and Engagement Brittany Goble. To apply to be a Presidential Scholar, students must complete and submit a college scholarship application
and a Presidential Scholars application
