Disability Support Services
Snead State Community College is committed to providing programs and services that are accessible to students with disabilities. The college fully supports and complies with The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. We work with faculty and staff to coordinate appropriate accommodations and services for eligible students. If you have a disability, you aren’t at a disadvantage. Snead State’s Disability Support Services (DSS) provides a broad array of services and technologies to make our campus – and a Snead State education – accessible for everyone.
The ADA office is located in the Student Success Center, which is on the top floor of the McCain Center on Elder Street. Students with disabilities are encouraged to contact the ADA Coordinator
as early as possible prior to enrollment to discuss needed accommodations.
